Erin at San Antonio Airport

Raising the bar in customer experience

When you deplane at San Antonio airport, you’ll be greeted by a friendly face. Providing suggestions on where to shop and where to eat, Erin, a Furo-D robot, will let you know where to go as soon as you touch ground. When she was implemented in March 2018 during the NCAA Championships, passengers were able to vote for who they thought would win.

With her introduction into the airport she was an immediate hit, drawing crowds that took selfies to let their family know that they’ve arrive safely at their destination.  Distributed in North America by Advanced Robot Solutions, Erin is one smart robot. She’s bilingual and able to direct passengers around the airport in both English and Spanish.
