Not just for podcasting, I use this story formula most of my projects --articles, posts, pods, videos...courses even.

Inspired by the NPR Story Formula, with a personal twist, I love how it makes me get tight on the story. Plus it’s super easy to say the sentence to 3 people to see how they respond, to check that it’s a story worth telling…or a podcast worth making.

It’s a little like Mad Libs😂
